Abstract Guidelines

The Organizing Committee of KSSMN 2026 cordially invites you to submit abstracts. All abstracts should be submitted online only via an official website (kssmn.or.kr).
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of KSSMN 2026. You may be required to change your presentation type.
The submitted abstract does not constitute automatic registration for KSSMN 2026. Please register the congress separately.

  • * Notification of Abstract Acceptance (Overseas): January 19, 2026

  • Step 3 Read the instruction carefully on the top
  • Step 4 Fill out the information of abstract and author(s)
  • Step 5 Review the information you entered abstract by January 4(Overseas), 2026 and February 1, 2026(Korean)

Abstract Format

  • -All abstracts must be submitted online.
  • -Abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted by Jan. 4, 2026(Overseas) or Feb. 1, 2026(Korean).
  • -Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.
  • -Authors may edit and modify their submitted abstracts until the submission deadline.
  • -It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos and grammatical errors.
  • -Authors may choose their presentation type (oral presentation or poster exhibition). However, the final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee after review.
  • -The abstract should be objective and concise, including key information in its four sections: Objectives, methods, results, conclusions.
  • -An acknowledgment of your submission will be sent via email. Please ensure that you receive an email confirmation after submitting your abstract.
  • -If you do not receive the confirmation email, it means there is no record of your submission. If you are certain you submitted, please check the email address used.
  • -The Organizing Committee of KSSMN 2026 reserves the right to publish your submitted abstract in the program book.
